The winemaking process aims, in particular, to enhance the freshness of the indigenous varieties and the saline minerality of the soils.the Ave valley. Generally, destemming of the grapes is planned, a very brief maceration, soft pressing, and fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This gives rise to clear, fresh, and mineral expressions of the territory, capable of best representing the indigenous type of Vinho Verde.

The Areal wines are the result of a small production of high quality. They have a fresh, dynamic, and youthful character, born from the perfect fusion of a microclimate characterized by oceanic breezes, mild temperatures, clay soils composed of granitic sands, and rigorous and competent human work in the vineyard and winery. Delicate and pleasant marine-influenced saline crystals integrate with the juicy substance of the fruit in a balanced, lean, and pleasant tasting experience, a perfect accompaniment to tapas, appetizers, and aperitifs, but also to vegetables, white meats, and delicate fish dishes.
