The hops are perhaps the most exciting and unique ingredient in Bionoc's recipes: all grown in Trentino, all certified organic and all above 500 meters in altitude.

The protection of the environment is a fixed point for Fabio and Nicola who have worked to power their brewery solely and exclusively with energy from renewable sources, certifying themselves as Greenway. The Bionoc adventure has proven to be exciting and positive so far, it has grown slowly and with awareness, without rushing the stages, gaining national recognition over time, with awards from the Slow Food Guide to Italian Beers and international recognition in various competitions around Europe.
