Castello di Romitorio
Through a production approach based on innovative research in the service of quality, the Tuscan wine reality Castello di Romitorio becomes a protagonist of modern interpretations of the territories of Montalcino and Scansano. The subsequent aging periods take place in steel, cement, or oak barrels of various sizes, such as barriques, tonneaux, and large barrels, always adapting the choice of container to the characteristics of the wine.
The Brunello di Montalcino from Castello di Romitorio, the most representative labels of the winery, are appreciated for their elegant and intensely fragrant character. In particular, the estate produces four different expressions of Brunello, all characterized by remarkable breadth and expressive depth.
