DelMago
DelMago is a Piedmontese brand created by chef Marcello Trentini and specializes in the production of "ready to drink" cocktails and the most classic Italian spirits. Marcello Trentini (known as "Il Mago") is the chef of the Magorabin restaurant in Turin, which earned a Michelin star in 2013. After this important milestone, Marcello could have sat on the throne and enjoyed the much-acclaimed global recognition; however, driven by his dynamic, subversive, and eclectic spirit, and constantly eager to experiment and push his limits, Marcello - fueled by his great passion for spirits and cocktails - decides to propose them in the tasting paths of the restaurant. In fact, Marcello had already transformed a room of the restaurant into a refined Lounge Bar, called "Casa Mago," in 2019. Today, his idea has found its maximum application in the creation of a brand that offers high-quality drinks and spirits, with labels that are innovative, modern, and at times even ironic, created by designer Gianluca Cannizzo.
The production of DelMago, based on author drinks made through the skillful use of botanicals and aromas in the infusion processes, is divided into two categories: the “absolute spirits”, which include the classic distillates of Italian tradition, such as Gin, Vermouth, and Bitter, and the “ready to drink”, a series of pre-mixed cocktails with DelMago's ingredients ready to be tasted and served in a classic drink glass filled with ice and garnished with a slice of citrus. Among these are the Negroni, Milano-Torino, Boulevardier, and Vesper.
The recipes are born in collaboration with The Spiritual Machine, a reality that supports artisanal alcoholic producers from ideation to production.
