Di Giulia
The vines of the Di Giulia winery are rooted at 470 meters above sea level on clay soils and overlook a unique landscape, halfway between the Apennines and the sea. The varieties cultivated are those typical of these lands: Verdicchio, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and Cabernet. The vineyards are surrounded by thirteen varieties of olives, which give rise to three different oils. In the vineyard, Giulia practices sustainable and respectful viticulture, without using synthetic fertilizers and chemical products, but following a purely artisanal approach aimed at preserving the authenticity of the fruit and the vitality of the soil. In the winery, spontaneous fermentations, macerations, and aging in steel or used barriques (only for red) continue.
The wines of Di Giulia are typically territorial expressions that faithfully portray all the artisanal and rustic aspects of these joyful hills. The production is limited and stands at around 7,000 bottles, divided into 4 types of wine: a white, a macerated, a rosé, and a red. Pure and sincere expressions, equippedwith a peasant freshness and vital energy. Direct, free, and spontaneous wines, just like their producer.
