The Levi distillery is a family-run production reality, located in the small village of Quart, in the province of Aosta. We are in a landscape where nature reigns supreme, where breathtaking views alternate with imposing and wonderful mountains. The Levi family has ancient roots in these areas, and there are written documents that show how, already in the eighteenth century, distillation was the main activity for this family unit. A undoubtedly laborious job, made of many efforts and little rest, in which the master distiller was almost enveloped in an aura of mystery, thanks to the magic of his art. A craft that the Levi family has passed down from father to son, arriving today at Nicola Rosset, representative of the last generation in charge of the distillery. Distillati Levi, as mentioned,relies on, for the creation of its products, what the unspoiled environment of the Valle d'Aosta can offer. In particular, the purity of the air is one of the main ingredients for bringing to life products of the highest quality. The selections of pomace, as well as the choice of fruits and herbs, are part of the research that distinguishes the work of the distillery, because only by discovering the best raw materials can quality bottles be produced. Every single phase of production is carefully monitored by Nicola, who demonstrates, year after year, a deep understanding of the world of distillation, as evidenced by the various awards that are given to his creations. Distillati Levi has, within its range, a wide series of products, ideal for meeting the expectations of the most demanding consumers. Among the various labels, a special mention goes to the Gin “Glacialis”, the only pure Gin produced in the entire region, obtained from a monobotanical production in which juniper is infused in alcohol, resulting in a delicate and pleasant distillate, extremely aromatic.
