The Fever-Tree company was founded in England in 2004 from the pioneering idea of Charles Rolls, former managing director of Plymouth Gin, and Tim Warrilow, both still at the helm of this important production reality today. This brand was born out of the need to fill the gap of quality mixer drinks that could stand up to being mixed with the most prestigious spirits. The name chosen for this pioneering project means "Fever Tree" and refers to the Cinchona tree from which quinine is extracted, a fundamental ingredient for the production of tonic waters.
