Finca Dinamia

Finca Dinamia is an Argentine agricultural company located in the Mendoza area, one of the regions of the country historically most suited for grape cultivation. It specializes in the production of organic and biodynamic wines of excellent quality, made in full respect of the environmental ecosystem. It is a family-run winery, founded by Alessandro Bianchi and now managed with competence and passion by the third generation. A pioneer in this approach to viticulture, Finca Dinamia quickly distinguished itself in the Argentine landscape for a philosophy oriented towards working in harmony with the environment and the health of Planet Earth. A sustainable production, attentive to environmental values and consumer health, to always be at the forefront and offer genuine and healthy wines.

The project was born from the idea of generating value while respecting nature, trying to bring a new awareness and a multidisciplinary approach to the world of wine, with high-level corporate quality standards and low environmental impact, in line with the principles of Fair Trade. Everything stems from the desire to aim for a better quality of life for future generations. The principles underlying the activity translate concretely into the responsible choice not to use chemical substances: fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides, but only sulfur and copper to combat powdery mildew and downy mildew. The biodynamic culture guides all the timing of vineyard work, following the lunar calendar, planetary constellations, and the sun, in order to carry out every intervention on the plants at the most opportune moment.

As for fertilization, only organic compost is used and only if necessary, trying to promote the natural vitality and fertility of the soils. Attention to vineyard work is paramount. Harvesting is done manually with small crates and selection of the clusters. The grapes are destemmed and then sent for fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel tanks and in egg-shaped concrete tanks, which favor the natural convective movements of the must and keep the lees in suspension without having to intervene mechanically, giving greater harmony and softness to the wines. For aging, concrete eggs or oak barrels are used depending on the various cuvées, always with the aim of preserving the authentic character of the grape variety.
