There are no clarifications or filtrations, no sulfites are added, and, of course, neither pesticides nor herbicides are used. The grass is strictly removed by hand, and none of the work is done through mechanization. José and Paulina firmly believe in the production of natural wines, which should not be subject to any manipulation, where the cosmos and biodynamic preparations take care of the individual plants.
