Lallier
The Champagnes of Lallier are born in an area of France where viticulture has ancient origins. Already in the 16th century, the King of France Henry IV was nicknamed "Lord of Aÿ and good wine" for having consolidated, at a national level, the quality and fame of the vins clairs (still wines) from this celebrated and fortunate area of Champagne. In 1906, Lallier began to market the first produced wines, firmly establishing themselves in this part of France. An additional confirmation of the territorial vocation of this area came in 1936, when the village of Aÿ appeared in the new classification list of the 17 grand crus of Champagne, highlighting the quality of its production.
The Maison Lallier, after decades of honorable production, found a new impetus in 1996, when the founder's grandson, René-James, modernized and restructured the underground cellars, dedicated to long and slow bottle aging. Supported by the trusted winemaker and consultant Francis Tribaut, who in 2006 would take the reins of the cellar, he brought the maison to very high quality levels and officially launched it into the prominent panorama of world bubbles. Today, Francis continues his production with dedication and passion, seeking ways to enhance the extraordinary grapes - coming from multiple crus - that his recoltants provide him: the art of crafting prestigious crus is indeed at the core of the maison's philosophy.

Here, the grapes from the 15 hectares of grand cru vineyard are selected and processed, to create great sparkling wines starting only from the best fruits, in strict adherence to the company's philosophy, which distinguishes between the founding values of experience, originality, authenticity, and, of course, quality and tradition. Taste above all.
