Riccardo e Jennifer Campinoti, at the head of Le Ragnaie winery, have been shown to have clear ideas about the path they wanted to follow in the production of wine, from the first bottling: derived from organic farming, their wines have taken a rigorous profile, but original at the same time.

The production scenario where Le Ragnaie winery operates is Passo del Lume Spento, which is the highest point in the whole area of Montalcino, about 600 meters above sea level. The high altitude of the old vines of Le Ragnaie involves deferred harvests from the norm of Montalcino, which are carried out in the second half of October and now produces wines from the fine flavor profile, reminding even the characteristics of Nordic viticulture.

The vineyards are planted exclusively with Sangiovese and, thanks to the diversity of the land that the winery has available, the production of wine is always different, having always its terroir of origin.

However, the different characteristics of the area of origin, finesse, freshness and elegance of Le Ragnaie and, instead, power, heat and flavor in the stony vineyards, make the winery unique and always different.
