Spirt Bal Buram
Directly from Züünkharaa, Mongolia, come the products of the distillery Spirt Bal Buram, which has been engaged since 1943 in the production of premium vodka capable of showcasing Mongolia's exceptional aptitude in producing this popular spirit. In the production of its vodkas, Spirt Bal Buram, which markets various brands such as 'Grandkhaan', 'Chinggis', and 'Kharaa', utilizes the best technologies in the industry. This distillery is established as the country's leader in the production of liquors and spirits, being a true point of reference.
In the making of its spirits, the production entity Spirt Bal Buram selects the best grain from crops sourced from the most fertile soils of the Northern Mongolian steppes. The spikes have grown organically at altitudes exceeding 1,200 meters above sea level. After harvesting, the grains are milled and added with water from the pure springs of the local mountains originating from the melting of the snow. The water is filtered through state-of-the-art machinery that operates on a membrane and, following the mashing, the inoculation of yeasts for a few days of alcoholic fermentation takes place. This is followed by the distillation process, at the end of which the liquid is usually filtered several times through a wall of activated carbon.
The products of Spirt Bal Buram are exported to countries all over the world, such as the United States, China, Germany, and Japan. As recognition for the high quality of its spirits, the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia has elected the brand 'Chinggis' as the best export product of all Mongolia. Beyond the type in question, the vodkas of Spirt Bal Buram stand out for their sublime finesse and balance, qualities that make them perfect both for being enjoyed neat and for being used in the preparation of classic cocktails such as the Moscow Mule, Vodka Martini, and Cosmopolitan.
