Tenuta di Fiorano
The vineyards extend over about 6 hectares, and wind through a terroir composed of pozzolana and sediment from volcanic dust, poured over the millennia by the nearby Lazio volcano. It is a very draining soil, capable of giving the grapes a strong aging potential. The vines are exposed to the southwest and northeast, and here Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Grechetto, and Viognier are cultivated. Both in the vineyard and in the winery, the working practices reflect ancient traditions, which help maintain an internal ecosystem in complete balance, also thanks to a management always dedicated to organic.
From the walls of the Tenuta, every year wines emerge that are based exclusively on the terroir, drawing inspiration from the past to look to the future with firm convictions.
