The estate covers an area of 14 hectares and is located in a place rich in biodiversity, thanks to the presence of a large wooded area and a spring lake. The typical grape of the territory is Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, which owes its name to the red color that the bunch assumes during ripening. It is considered the best variety of the Lambrusco family for its ability to produce particularly harmonious and balanced wines. The harvests are all carried out manually, with the collection of grapes at full ripeness and the selection of the best bunches in the vineyard. The vinifications follow simple practices that respect the raw material, always trying to highlight the peculiar characteristics of a grape with a strong personality.
