In the magnificent yet challenging territory of the Valle di Cembra, the Zanotelli winery produces expressions of splendid finesse and harmony that focus on white wines. However, there are also juicy reds and lively bubbles, all modern interpretations that reflect the territory in which they are born. The production is encapsulated in three selections: ‘Linea Classica’, dedicated to single-varietal white and red wines; ‘Riserve’, which includes a white and a red of great complexity; and ‘Trento DOC’, consisting of attractive sparkling wines made using the Metodo Classico. The labels also depict the “stropa”, a twig of willow traditionally used in tying vine shoots.
Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Kerner, Riesling Renano and Manzoni Bianco, alongside the black grape varieties Lagrein, Schiava and Pinot Nero.
