Le Calle's 'Beccaccio' is a warm and enveloping sweet wine, perfect, as the tradition goes, to be drunk after dinner with Tuscan cantucci. The sip is rich and full, with an aftertaste of candied fruit, which returns to the nose in an explosion of sweet and intense aromas in which dried figs, chestnut honey, walnuts and hazelnuts stand out. Also try it with a board of blue and aged cheeses, to play on the taste contrast between sweet and spicy
