Bergstrom's "Gargantua Oregon" Syrah is part of a selection of terroirs: Syrah grapes planted all over the West Coast, a great varietal to translate the qualities and distinctiveness of each region. With this version Bergstrom 'plays at home,' meaning they use grapes harvested near the flagship estate. Oregon's 'Gargantua' is a Syrah with ripe aromas, such as jammy fruit, dried flowers and tertiary notes like chocolate, meeting hints of graphite and black pepper.
