Silver Heights' Red Cuvée 'Emma's Reserve' is the flagship wine from winemaker Emma Gao's Chinese winery, in Ningxia, which gives its name to this limited edition of just two thousand bottles a year. A full-bodied, austere and deep red wine, pragonable to Bordeaux Grand Cru wines, it has a broad, enveloping sip, ripe, well-integrated tannins and persuasive aromas of sweet spices, ripe red fruit and underbrush - a great expression of a wine-growing area that needs to be discovered
