"Les Monts de Boncourt" is a rich and complex Chardonnay of clear Burgundian origin. Vinified from whole bunches and aged in oak barrels partly new and partly used. The stones of the walls that surround the vineyard release at night the heat absorbed during the day so as to give life to perfectly healthy grapes and allow the creation of a juice with an intense, fresh, mineral and herbaceous profile.
