Mas de la Sabatera's Pinot Noir 'Turnalls Avall' is an artisanal wine of great freshness, produced near Montblanc in Catalonia. The grapes undergo semi-carbonic maceration and are treated with minimal intervention to yield a wine that is rustic and full of verve. The nose is crisp with small red fruits and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it confirms its jaunty, juicy spirit with very subtle tannin and long sip. Ideal with delicate fish dishes and white meats
