The "Aka" Rosé from the Produttori di Manduria is produced using 100% Primitivo grapes, vinified in a rosé style. It is a classic wine from the Apulian tradition, which has always been oriented towards producing rosés with good structure and aromatic intensity, pairing well with many dishes from the local cuisine. On the nose, it expresses the fragrant fruity aromas of small red berries and apples. The palate is rich and satisfying, with ripe and harmonious fruit, well balanced by a finish of good freshness.

The "Aka" rosé is a wine that fits perfectly among the labels of the Produttori di Manduria, which best represents the region's winemaking traditions. The winery is a lively production reality composed of over 400 members, managing 900 hectares of vineyards, with over half dedicated to Primitivo. The age of the vines ranges from 20 to 40 years, and the most common training system in the older vineyards is the traditional bush vine, while in the younger plantings, trellising is often used. The presence of many parcels allows for the selection of the best grapes each year, ensuring the production of quality wines. The grapes for the rosé come from the Manduria area, and the vineyards are cultivated at an altitude ranging from 60 to 120 meters above sea level on soils of medium texture with a calcareous-tuffaceous matrix. Harvest takes place towards the end of August, and fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with a 12-hour skin contact. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for about three months before bottling.

The "Aka" wine from the Produttori di Manduria is a classic Apulian rosé with a gastronomic vocation characterized by a good body and pleasant gustatory richness, effectively expressing the characteristics of the generous Primitivo grape. In the glass, it has a bright coral-pink colour. On the nose, it is intense, with fragrant aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, small forest fruits, and red apples. It has a good structure on the palate, being warm and harmonious, with soft and engaging fruit, well balanced by freshness. The finish is of good persistence.
