Domaine de Bellene's ‘Vieilles Vignes’ is a Saint Romain Blanc made with Chardonnay grapes from old vines located between Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Juicy and mineral, it releases aromas of yellow fruit, citrus and honey, with hints of toasted almonds and buttery hints. It is a white wine with a perfect balance of freshness and maturity that goes well with shellfish and fatty fish, such as a fillet of mackerel or salmon
