The Sauvignon "Basaricò" is a white wine of great freshness and pleasant aromaticity, capable of concentrating all the varietal traits of the grape. The aging in steel preserves its fragrant notes, allowing a very typical olfactory imprint to emerge with citrus and herbaceous nuances, notes of tomato leaf, and hints of tropical fruit. The sip is lean, straight, and easy-drinking, with marked freshness.
