White Blend Wildman from the Lucy Margaux winery is an Australian macerate of character perfect for experiencing with friends a wine that comes from far away. This label is made from a blend of Sauvignon and Pedro Ximenez vinified with only indigenous yeasts and a 4-month maceration on the skins, the ageing process proceeds in exhausted oak barrels for 12 months.
