Berlucchi's Franciacorta Nature 61 Blanc de Blancs is a very elegant and balanced vintage sparkling wine, produced with aging on the lees for 5 years. It expresses a rich and aristocratic bouquet of fruit, citrus fruits, flowers, aromatic herbs and brioche bread. The taste is vibrant, taut, fresh and mineral, with a pleasant and creamy effervescence
Franciacorta Nature Blanc de Blancs 61 Berlucchi is a Millesimato of great elegance and finesse, the result of a selection of grapes from different plots on the estate and a long ageing on the lees for over 5 years. It is a Metodo Classico that expresses the best qualities of pure Chardonnay, enhanced by the choice of zero dosage and the evolutionary notes typical of the noble Burgundy grape. It offers delicate, complex, rich aromas, ranging from ripe yellow fruit to citrus notes and the softness of pastries, always well balanced by a lively mineral freshness.
Nature Blanc de Blancs 61 is a Franciacorta born in one of the cellars that have contributed most to the history of Franciacorta and that still today continues to be one of the appellation's most prestigious brands. Berlucchi immediately made a name for itself for the quality of its labels, always ranked among the best expressions of the territory. On the soft morainic hills south of Lake Iseo, Pinot Noir and especially Chardonnay express themselves at very interesting levels for making sparkling wine bases. The possibility of being able to count on a vast park of vineyards in different areas of the territory and an extraordinary experience in the art of refermentation in the bottle, allow Berlucchi to propose a label of absolute excellence.
The Blanc de Blancs 61 from the famous Berlucchi cellar is a Franciacorta Nature that expresses the excellence of a great Chardonnay in purity, particularly appreciated by those who love the Metodo Classico in its most refined and linear version. After the harvest, the best grapes from different plots are fermented in steel. Before final blending, the base wines rest on the lees in barriques for approximately 6 months. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with a sur lattes period of at least 60 months. The colour is pale straw yellow with brilliant golden reflections. The nose opens on notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, ripe yellow fruit, hints of pastry and honey. On the palate, it is rich and ample, with a particularly harmonious and long sip that closes on a lingering finish of remarkable freshness and tanginess. An unmissable Franciacorta for all enthusiasts.
