Requirements that are widely met by the Unlitro, the entry-level wine of a splendid reality from Grosseto such as Ampeleia, which has opted since its foundation for an approach aimed at minimal and contained intervention, unless strictly necessary. The grape varieties that find space here are predominantly international, such as Cabernet Franc, Alicante, Mourvedre, and others that have adapted perfectly to the local climatic conditions. The Unlitro wine is obtained from a blend of Alicante Nero, Alicante Bouschet, Carignano, Sangiovese, Mourvedre with vines located between 200 and 350 mabove sea level. In agriculture, the precepts of Steinerian biodynamics are followed, avoiding the use of any chemical and synthetic substances, and consistently in the cellar, they proceed with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks, the same ones in which the wine matures for six months before bottling.

Ampeleia Unlitro presents itself in the glass with a pale ruby hue but still vital. Defined and fresh nose, where hints of cherry, pomegranate, aromatic herbs, and dark spices emerge in rapid succession.
