The "BK" Blanco Atavus is the lively and gastronomic white of the Atavus winery, located on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. BK stands for "Buen Karma", a name that recalls the production philosophy of minimal intervention, with which the winery intends to give back to the territory what it receives in the form of fruit and beauty. Notes of citrus and green apple recall the great freshness on the palate, while notes of peach and apricot accompany the softness of the sip. The persistence of these aromas makes it ideal in combination with a nice foil-wrapped fish or stewed mussels
