G..a' is a macerated white wine produced by Valdisole, a young and experimental reality in Roero, Piedmont. Fresh and very aromatic, this wine is loved for its agility of drinking but also for its unexpected sapidity, which is then balanced with the overall softness. A bottle to drink during the first cold weather, perhaps with a hot minestrone, but also with a tasty pasta with pesto sauce
