The "Dalis" is a white wine that is born in Trentino in the heart of the Dolomites from a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Nosiola. It shows a very delicate olfactory profile, where hints of acacia, medlar, citrus and aromatic herbs meet on a light and decidedly fresh body, particularly mineral
"Dalis" is a white wine produced in Trentino by the Endrizzi Winery with an original blend composed of the indigenous Nosiola grape, combined with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. It is a territorial wine with a strong Alpine profile, expressing the classic characteristics of mountain wines, characterised by delicate aromas, freshness and pleasantness of drinkability. The bouquet is reminiscent of floral aromas, notes of white fruit, citruses and hints of Alpine herbs. The sip is harmonious, fresh and slightly aromatic, endowed with excellent cleanliness and a strong purity of taste.
The "Dalis" wine is the result of the desire to create a cuvée of white grapes historically grown on the Endrizzi estate and coming from different areas of Trentino: the Chardonnay comes from the Masseto and Maso Toldini vineyards, the Sauvignon Blanc from the Coveli vineyard, the Nosiola from the Belvedere vineyard, all grown in hilly areas, using the traditional "pergola trentina" method. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in steel for a few months before being bottled and ends its ageing with a few months in the cellar before being released on the market.
"Dalis" from the winery Endrizzi is a wine that focuses on the immediacy of its fragrant aromas, on its delicate, fresh and balanced profile, which makes it perfect for any occasion. A successful cuvée that offers a young, fragrant and fruity interpretation of the great tradition of Trentino wines. It presents itself in the glass with a pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose opens on delicate floral scents, aromas of citrus peel, white fruit and mountain herbs. It has a medium structure on the palate, with a soft, ripe fruit centre and a pleasantly fresh finish.
