Rosé "Il Tocco" by Casa di Baal is a sparkling wine made with ancestral methos in Motecorvino Rovella in Colli Salernitani. It is a rosé Aglianico that naturally referments in the bottle thanks to the addition of the must of the same wine stored at a low temperature. Fresh, crunchy and fragrant with a lively and cheerful drink, excellent as a snack and aperitif!
